At		we manufacture Investment castings single piece weight of from few grams to 75kgs.

We are Equipped with:

	State of art shelling area having environment control with respect to temperature, humidity
	Autoclaves for dewaxing
	Melting shop is equipped with medium frequency Induction furnaces of 250 KW, with varying crucibles of 25kg, 150kg & 250kg (8 nos of crucible).
	Heat treatment shop is equipped with gas fired and electrically heated furnaces, maximum temperature we are attending is 1250 Deg Cent.. All heat treatment furnaces are monitored by SCADA base software to know real trends of different zone for individual furnace.
